Semiconductor Quantum Nanomaterials - Teaching
Group leader: PD Dr. Gregor Koblmueller (Chair of Prof. Dr. Jonathan Finley)
The teaching activities provided by our group range from in-depth lectures and course work to advanced laboratory courses at the B.Sc. and M.Sc. student level. Serving both the Physics Department and Munich School of Engineering (MSE) at TUM, the focus in teaching covers topics related to semiconductor physics, physics of low-dimensional systems and device physics (in photonics and nano-electronics), as well as materials science and device engineering. In the current term the following course work is offered by the PI and his teaching assistants:
SS 2023 & WS 2023/24
- Nanotechnologies (VO+UE) – G. Koblmüller
- Emerging Semiconductor based Nanomaterials & Devices (HS) – G. Koblmüller
- Ring Lecture Series (VO) - Introduction to Current Aspects of Scientific Research – G. Koblmüller
- Advanced Laboratory Course (FOPRA-01 Ballistic Transport) – T. Schreitmüller / G. Koblmüller
