International workshop "Frontiers on Functional interfaces"
The International workshop “Frontiers on Functional interfaces” will take place at the campus of the Technical University of Munich, from September 12th to September 13th. The aim of the workshop is distinctly directed towards exploring all aspects of complex functional interfaces, with a particular emphasis on integrated bio-applications, highlighting the significant potential and future role of advanced materials systems, such as graphene, diamond, and compound semiconductors in this field. The event is jointly financed by the German Research Foundation (DFG), the Nanosystems Initiative Munich (NIM), and the Institute for Advanced Studies (IAS) of the TUM.
